Refund Policy

Short version: if ChartBackgrounds isn't for you, tell us within 7 days of paying and you get your money back. No questions asked.

7-day full refund

• Email support@chartbackgrounds.com within 7 days of any payment, from the email you used at checkout (or include your receipt).
• We refund the full amount to your original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
• This applies to new purchases and to renewals.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription anytime. After cancelling, you keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

After 7 days

Payments older than 7 days aren't refundable, except where the law requires it. If something is broken and we can't fix it, write to us anyway. We'd rather make it right.
